Stoney Creek neighbourhood wakes up to a Canada Day surprise

While people were sleeping overnight, others were on a patriotic decorating spree. A neighbourhood in Stoney Creek woke up this morning to find Canadian flags on everyone’s lawn. Al Sweeney has more on the surprise.
