Step 3 of Ontario’s Roadmap to reopen is coming 5 days ahead of schedule, local businesses say they’re ready and excited

The move to step three means some businesses that have been closed during the lockdown will finally be able to re-open, and others will be allowed to increase their capacity to more “normal” levels. Adam Atkinson has the details.
