St. Catharines arena vote

People in St. Catharines could vote in a referendum on whether to build a new arena.

Councillor Matt Harris is asking city staff to draw up a report detailing the costs.

He says taxpayers should have a say on whether the $42.5 million complex is built.

City Council is expected to decide whether to move ahead with the arena next month.
