Spring blizzard batters Nova Scotia

A massive spring blizzard has brought much of Atlantic Canada to a standstill. Most schools and government offices are closed in the Maritines, flights were cancelled and most roads bare of traffic.

Our Steve Ruddick spoke with Nova Scotia resident Richard Perry about the conditions in that province.
