Smitherman blames bureaucrats during Ornge testimony

Updated Former Ontario health minister George Smitherman testified in front of a Queen’s Park committee today about his involvment in setting up the Ornge air ambulance service.

Lisa Hepfner reports he laid most of the blame on the now embattled agency on the backs of bureaucrats.
