Smash-and-grab wave hits local jewelry stores

In the past two days, there have been three reported smash-and-grab jewelry store robberies in our community. The latest attempt was at Harmony Jewelers in Grimsby which was also targeted a month ago in the same fashion. Danielle de Graauw has more.
