Shots fire at East End Hamilton home

A bullet was found lodged in the front door of a residents in the area of Julian Avenue and Britannia Avenue last night.

Police were called to the scene just after 11:30 p.m. on Thursday March 19th after they received multiple calls from local residents who heard what sounded like three gunshots. Police checked the area but did not locate any evidence.

On Friday, March 20th, police were called back to the scene after someone found the bullet stuck in the door.

With the help of a witness police are identifying the suspect to be a male with a slime build. They also are looking for a dark-coloured sedan which was last seen leaving the area travelling westbound on Birtannia Avenue.

There are no reported of injuries.
