Seaway strike could jam Hwy H2O

The seaway that connects the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean could shut down as soon as Monday.

The Canadian Auto Workers union that represents the workers of the St Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation has issued a 72-hour strike notice.
