VIDEO: Rob Bignell takes pride in his Christmas decorations and was shocked Monday morning to see that some of them were no longer on his porch. When he checked his surveillance footage there was a clear picture of the thief who went as far as opening his screen door around 2:45 a.m. to nab Rob’s wreath. Rob says this kind of behaviour, vandalism and theft is present throughout the entire neighbourhood. Nicole Martin has more.
