Scouts plant trees at the Halton Waste Managment site.

More than 100 Scouts spent their morning planting over 200 trees at the Halton Waste Management site.

The site is Halton’s one stop solution for reducing, reusing and recycling waste.

The fifth annual Scout tree planting event is held in celebration of Earth Day and Arbour Day.

It gives local Scouts the opportunity to participate in an environmental project in the community.
