Scathing G20 report released
Updated It’s a scathing report that says the Toronto Police Services Board was blind to the planning and decision-making involved during Toronto’s G20 summit.
The report’s author says the board misunderstood their role, and he’s made 38 recommendations to ensure that a suggested lack of civilian oversight like this never happens again. As Cristina Tenaglia reports, the board accepts the decisions – but they won’t apologize just yet.
