Over 500 runners dressed from head-to-toe-to-beard like Santa Claus took part in the Santa 5k run in Hamilton on Sunday.

The 2k and 5k course started at Bayfront Park and spanned across the Hamilton Waterfront.

The fifth annual race also raises money to support Mission Services and the Waterfront Trust.

Burlington will host the next Santa Run on Nov. 26.
