Rosslyn Retirement home preparing to reopen following a deadly COVID-19 outbreak

The Rosslyn is no longer considered to be in the middle of an outbreak because no new COVID-19 cases have been reported for two weeks, which is due to the facility being emptied out mid-May. However, a ninth resident has died due to coronavirus and the home still hasn’ been given the green light to reopen. Phil Perkins has the details
