Robert Hope found guilty of murder

26 year old Robert Hope has been found guilty of second degree murder, in the shooting death of 32 year old Tyrone Johnston.

The jury in Welland delivered its verdict Friday morning, after two days of deliberations. Johnston was shot in the back as he tried to run back to his Drummond Road townhouse. Hope will be sentenced at a later date.
