Ride check after football game

While most Hamiltonians were busy watching the Grey Cup Sunday, Hamilton police were busy setting up ride lanes at various locations.

More than 13-hundred vehicles were stopped for ride inspection. One driver was arrested for impaired operations, one driver was issued a 12-hour suspension, and 13 drivers were issued equipment warnings. And despite the Hamilton Ticats loss, there were no ‘Grey Cup’ incidents.
