Residents of ‘Rebecca Towers’ fear more people will die as COVID spreads through the building

Tenants are angry and fear more people will die, as covid-19 spreads through an apartment building on Rebecca street in Hamilton. Residents say to add insult to injury, public health is attributing the cause of the transmission to socializing. Meanwhile, the 17-story building only has one working elevator that tenants cram into. Kelly Botelho reports.
