Residents living in a city housing high-rise have been told their building is unsafe for postal workers

People living in a city housing high rise in Hamilton have been told their building is too unsafe for postal workers, and that they have to come outside to get their mail from a truck once a week. The sudden change left residents bewildered, angry and crowded together this morning. Lisa Hepfner reports.
