The RCMP say 3 passengers were killed when a glacier site-seeing bus rolled over at one of the most popular attractions in the Rocky Mountains.
The accident happened on the Columbia Ice Fields between Jasper and Banff National Parks in the Rocky Mountains.
Hospitals in Edmonton and Calgary and preparing for patients and have sent air ambulances to the scene.
The sightseeing buses, large all-terrain vehicles, offer visitors the chance to walk on the Athabasca glacier itself.
The RCMP say 27 people were on board the bus at the time of the crash.
