Kyle Quinlan – arguably the best quarterback to ever play in the CIS – won the league’s most outstanding player award last night, and tonight he might play his last game ever at that position.

It’s extremely rare these days for Canadians to crack the quarterback roster in the CFL, and it doesn’t sound like the league is ready to change their rules to make it any easier. Natalie Marconi has more in this report.
