Province to lend students more money

It costs more to get post-secondary education in Ontario than in any other province – and the costs keep rising.

But instead of offering tuition freezes, the minister responsible has been touring campuses — talking about how students can now borrow more from the government to pay those costs. Wednesday at University of Toronto’s campus in Mississauga, John Milloy explained how the moves will make education more accessible. Lisa Hepfner was there.
