Province to increase personal care for long-term residents to four hours per day

Ontario is reporting 948 new cases of covid-19. The province is now trying to decide how to safely re-open restaurants, gyms, and other currently closed establishments in covid hotspots. Tens of thousands of nurses and support workers are to be hired, as long-term care residents get the promise of more personalized care. Lisa Hepfner reports.
