Starting Monday Hamilton and Halton will be put into the red zone, what does this mean for you

Yesterday, Ontario placed more regions in the red-control zone, a change that means increased restrictions. Those regions include Hamilton and Halton. The new guidance comes into effect on Monday. Sylvie Lendvay reports.
