Protesters gather outside Alberta church charged with breaking COVID-19 rules
Hundreds of people gathered outside an Alberta church that has been charged with refusing to follow COVID-19 health rules.
It was the first Sunday since GraceLife Church was shut down and fenced off by Alberta Health Services.
Some people tore down the fences but RCMP immediately put them back up.
Those who gathered to protest pandemic restrictions sang hymns and prayed for the church to reopen as dozens of police kept watch.
