Pro-Palestinian protest in Toronto sparks political outrage
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is denouncing a protest outside a Toronto hospital as a “reprehensible” display of anti-Semitism.
Monday’s protest in front of Mount Sinai hospital saw people climb on scaffolding, and clog up roadways.
The protesters were marching to denounce recent Israeli airstrikes in the southern Gaza city of Rafah – where 1.4 Million Palestinians are seeking refuge after being forced from their homes while the war between Israel and Hamas rages.
