UPDATE: Toronto and Peel Region to move into Stage 3 on Friday

The Ontario government is expected to announce Wednesday whether more regions can move into Stage 3 of reopening.

Toronto, Peel and Windsor-Essex are the only areas in the province that remain in Stage 2.
