Ford calls out Hamilton for making it hard to open patios

Premier Doug Ford has called out the city of Hamilton for making it too difficult for some restaurants and bars to open a patio during phase 2 of the provincial re-opening.

As Adam Atkinson reports, more than 70 establishments have created new patio spaces in the city, but there’s still a handful that hasn’t been allowed to.
