Potential renters say Lister landlords take too long

It’s been nine months since the renovated Lister Block opened its doors to the public.

While the offices upstairs are occupied, much of the ground level remains vacant. The city has been reviewing bids for two of the three available retail spaces. But as Melissa Raftis tells us, one pair of bidders says the lengthy process has come at a cost.
