Police seek witnesses following serious motorcycle crash in Milton

Halton police are asking potential witnesses to come forward following a serious motorcycle crash.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. Sunday on Thompson Rd. just south of Main St. in Milton.

Police say a 58-year-old motorcyclist was pulling out of a plaza on the west side of Thompson Rd. when he lost control, crossed the roadway and fell to the ground.

He landed on the east side of the road and was seriously hurt.

The man was rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police are asking any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police are asked to call the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 905-825-4747, ext. 5065.
