Police seek witnesses after fatal accident on Hamilton’s Lincoln Alexander Parkway

Hamilton police are looking for witnesses after a 47-year-old Hamilton man was struck and killed by a transport truck on the Lincoln Alexander Parkway Friday shortly after 8 p.m.
The man was on the eastbound shoulder of the road just west of Garth Street in his 2015 Toyota Yaris when he got out of his car and was then struck and killed by a passing transport truck.
The transport truck driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
Officers ask motorists who were passing around the time of the accident to check their dashcam footage.
