Police searching for suspects in St. Catharines church mischief

Niagara Police are looking for two suspects after damage was caused to St. George Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

On Nov. 4, police were called to the St. Catharines church after two windows were damaged.

They say on Oct. 25, at about 12:30 a.m., two male suspects attended the church and placed face coverings over their faces before damaging two exterior windows on the property.

Officers say the suspects approached the church by walking westbound on Facer Street from Grantham Avenue.

Detectives are appealing to the public who may have information regarding the identity of the suspects.

Detectives are asking that any businesses or residences in the area review their video surveillance footage and contact police if the suspects are observed.
