Halton police are searching for three men they believe are connected to the death of a 43-year-old Oakville man in 2025.
On March 22, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m., officers were called to Montagio Custom Tailoring at 145 Lakeshore Rd. East, Suite 301 after a man’s body was found inside the business.
After classifying the death as a homicide, investigators identified the man as 43-year-old Baljeet “Bally” Toki of Oakville.
Authorities have since obtained security video of three men entering the business via an alleyway door at approximately 12:06 p.m. The footage shows the men leaving around 1:39 p.m.
The first suspect is described as a white man with a slim build who is over six feet tall with short hair. Investigators say he was wearing a grey sport/suit jacket, darker coloured pants, white high top shoes and was carrying a gift bag with yellow tissue paper. He was also wearing a baseball style hat with a camouflage pattern on the back and a solid dark coloured font containing a circular logo.
Suspect number two is described as a Black man with a slim build who is shorter than the first suspect. Officers say he was wearing a blue hoodie, dark coloured pants and white shoes.
The third suspect is described as a Black man with a slim build who is similar in height to the second man. They add he was wearing dark coloured clothing, black shoes with distinctive red laces and was carrying a cross body bag with a red stripe through the middle of the strap.
Authorities say all three men were seen arriving and leaving in a black Kia Forte.
