Police search for woman last seen in Welland on weekend

Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman who was last seen in Welland on the weekend.

Kennedy St. Louis, 23, was last spotted around 2 p.m. on July 11 in the area of Burgar and Grove streets.

She is described as white, five-feet tall, with a heavy build and hazel eyes. She wears glasses, and her light brown hair was in a ponytail and she was wearing grey sweatpants and a black T-shirt when she went missing.

Detectives are concerned for her well-being.

Residents and businesses in the area of Burger and Grove streets are urged to review any video surveillance that may help in finding Kennedy.
