Police say girl hit by vehicle in Burlington left with minor injuries

Halton police say that a girl was hit by a vehicle in Burlington Wednesday morning and appeared to have minor injuries.

Officers say it happened at around 8:30 a.m. in the area of Downsview Drive and Plains Road.

Detectives say the girl was between the ages of 10 and 12 years old.

Investigators say there is no indication that the girl was taken to hospital, and no indication that the driver of the vehicle has been charged.
