Police have released surveillance photos after two Hamilton Cab drivers were attacked last month.

Mohammad Idrish was sucker-punched from behind while he was standing by his cab, outside the Hamilton Strip club at about one in the morning, July 21st.
He suffered a broken jaw, nose and teeth.

The Ontario Taxi Workers Union held a rally outside city hall last week looking for compensation for his time off work, and the cost of his dental surgery.

Police say through their investigation they discovered a second driver was also attacked.
They’re looking for help identifying the two men, who they say are persons of interest.

Anyone with information about the men or the attack is being asked to call police at 905-546-3816, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
