Police Pursuit Causes Hwy. 403 Closures

All lanes on Hwy. 403 between Waterdown Rd. and Hwy. 6 have reopened following a police pursuit.

Both the eastbound and westbound lanes were closed earlier this morning.

Halton police were trying to pull over a U-Haul that was allegedly part of a break and enter.

There were also reports that the U-Haul was stolen.

The U-Haul drove into a ditch. Police are still looking for the driver of the vehicle.
