Police looking for a man after a break and enter in Hamilton

Hamilton Police are looking for a man after a break and enter at a shop in the city.

Police say an automotive shop near Centennial Parkway North and Barton Street East was entered on April 11 shortly after 2:30 a.m.

Reports say the suspect kicked the garage door, gaining access to the key drop box. He then took keys for a brown 2012 Nissan Juke and drove away in the stolen vehicle.

Hamilton Police found the car abandoned near the Dundas Driving Park on April 22 after receiving information about a possible impaired driver.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s with a thin/muscular build and short hair. He was wearing a black jacket, pants, and shoes when he was last seen.

Police ask anyone with information to contact them.
