Police link Asian Assassins gang to Yorkdale shooting

Video updated Toronto Police say the deadly shooting outside Yorkdale Mall on Saturday was gang-related.

Michael Nguyen, 23, was shot several times execution-style in the parking lot. A 24 year old, who hasn’t been identified, was hurt. Police say the men were leaving the mall Saturday evening when they were ambushed.

Both men were known to police: they were tied to the street gang known as the Asian Assassins. Investigators are looking for two gunmen. No arrests have been made.
