Niagara police say they’re investigating three separate grabbing incidents in the Thorold area. In each interaction, a man approached an adult woman and grabbed them before fleeing on a stand-up, motorized scooter.

Investigators say the incidents took place on Aug. 4, 5 and 7 near the following intersections:

  • Richmond Avenue and Romy Crescent
  • Schmon Parkway and Merrittville Highway
  • Confederation Avenue and Keefer Road

The suspect is described as Black, male, around 20 to 30 years old and is tall with a slim build.
