Police investigating early morning shooting in West Lincoln

Niagara police are investigating a shooting that took place at a residential property in West Lincoln early Tuesday morning.

Authorities say an unidentified suspect fired three shots into a residence in the area of Young Street at approximately 3:30 a.m.

Detectives are requesting that residents and businesses in the area review any surveillance footage they might have between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. for suspicious vehicles or people.
