Hamilton police are investigating a shooting on the west mountain Thursday night.

Officers responded to the area of Garth St. and Rymal Rd. West shortly after 11 p.m.

Bullet holes were found on an unoccupied vehicle and a home.

Police say no one was injured in the home at the time of the targeted shooting.

Investigators are asking residents in the area to check their surveillance cameras for any suspicious activity around the time of the shooting.
