Police to up enforcement at Wasaga Beach

The OPP are implementing a “strict is fair” policy during the Victoria Day long weekend in Wasaga Beach, Clearview and Springwater.

That means there will be an increased police presence in the high traffic areas of Wasaga Beach. The Victoria Day weekend traditionally draws a lot of people to Wasaga Beach and the surrounding area.

Police say the message to visitors is if you break the law, you will probably be charged.
