Halton police charge Burlington man for voyeurism at Mapleview Mall
Halton regional police has arrested a man from Burlington Tuesday in relation to a voyeurism investigation involving two girls.
Officers say they received a report of a man that was allegedly recording two girls while they were present in the food court of Mapleview Mall on Oct. 28.
The department says the girls were not aware they were being recorded.
An investigation later identified the suspect, leading to police arresting 58-year-old Kenneth Adam from Burlington Tuesday.
Officers have charged Adam with two counts of voyeurism and two counts of criminal harassment.
Police say Adam has been operating as a private math tutor and special education consultant in the Halton Region, and believe there may be additional victims.
