Police arrest second suspect in St. Catharines assault probe

Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with Monday’s assault investigation in St. Catharines.

Devon Catchpaw, 37, of St. Catharines faces the following charges:

• Aggravated Assault;
• Unauthorized Possession of Prohibited Weapon;
• Possession of Dangerous Weapon;
• Disguised with Intent;
• Fail to Comply with Release Order;
• Possession of a Weapon Contrary to a Prohibition Order;
• Fail to Comply with Probation Order.

Catchpaw was held in custody pending his bail hearing on Feb. 10.
