Polar Bear Dippers take over Welland River

Swimmers took to the Welland River for the Niagara installment of the Polar Bear Dip on Saturday.

Each Polar Bear dipper donated a minimum of $10 to raise money to maintain the Chippawa Docks.

At the time of the dip, the Welland River sat at four degrees Celsius.
