PM Trudeau visits Hamilton to talk about his government’s new plan to tackle the housing crisis

The Prime Minister addressed Canada’s housing crisis while in Hamilton Friday, choosing the city as the first stop following yesterday’s federal budget reveal.

The budget includes more than ten-billion dollars to try to create more affordable places to live.

The average price for a home is now above one-million dollars, making affordability a very big challenge.
