Pizza delivery driver held at knifepoint in Oakville

Halton police are investigating after a pizza delivery driver had his vehicle stolen during an armed robbery.

It happened shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday in Oakville.

Police say the driver was walking up to a home on Hidden Trail Cir. when he approached by two people from behind.

The duo pulled out a knife and told the man to hand over his car keys.

The driver complied and the men took off in his vehicle at a high rate of speed.

They were last seen heading towards Mississauga.

The suspects are described by police as black, in their 20s, and wearing all black clothing.

The vehicle is a newer model four-door, white, Honda Civic with licence plate number CHFE 225.
