Pearson airport setting up focus groups

Travellers affected by last month’s ground stop at Pearson Airport will get a chance to air their complaint.

A ground stop in early January brought on by cold weather left thousands of travellers stranded.

Following complaints, the GTAA is holding focus groups next week in the evening. The sessions will last about two hours, and those participating will receive $75.
