The Ontario Fire Marshal has been called after an overnight house fire in rural Hamilton.
Crews were called to a home on Jeresyville Rd. W, near Lynden Rd., around 3 a.m. Tuesday.
The house was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived. Water tankers had to be called in from Lynden, Rockton, Ancaster and Mount Hope to shuttle in more water.
The home was empty at the time.

Fire officials say the damage to the home is extensive.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
