Opposition says Ford using latest announcement to distract from proposed FOI changes

The Ford government is proposing changes to alcohol and highway laws in Ontario, allowing people to bring their own alcohol to community events and suggesting that solo drivers could sometimes use HOV lanes.

However, opposition leaders allege that the premier is simply trying to distract Ontarians from his push to keep his records, and those of his cabinet, secret.
