Opposition names cover-up allegations ‘Project Vapour’

Updated Ontario’s opposition parties are steaming about Project Vapour.

They say that was the code name used by the Liberals to hide the cost of cancelled power plants in Oakville and Mississauga. The phrase turned up in the latest batch of documents turned over to the legislature. Lisa Hepfner reports.
